You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. vcs777 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals of real-money funds will be processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
vcs777 is committed to operating in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) standards. As part of this commitment, we require Users to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or at any point we deem necessary.

Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, verification delays may extend processing to up to 30 minutes. vcs777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems or network outages beyond our control.
All deposits are accepted and recorded in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vcs777 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your bank or payment provider is the responsibility of the User.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered to third parties are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed the required KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to comply with AML obligations.
vcs777 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request is approved by our finance team:
Withdrawals requested outside banking hours (21:00–09:00 WIB) will be queued and processed at the start of the next banking window. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by banking system conditions outside our control.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
vcs777 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside our control and are the responsibility of the User.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable offer before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 3.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Real-money funds in your Account will be wagered before Bonus Funds unless specified otherwise.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the following contribution rates apply:

All bonus offers have an expiry period specified in the individual offer terms. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any individual session. vcs777 makes no representation that any particular gaming session will produce results consistent with the stated RTP.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. vcs777 reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on individual Accounts at its sole discretion, particularly where patterns of play suggest professional or advantage gambling strategies inconsistent with recreational use.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vcs777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and, where technically possible, restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes refunded. The Company's decision on technical dispute outcomes is final.
Sports betting markets, including football (bandar bola — sports betting exchange markets), mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and live in-play wagering, are subject to the specific sports rules published on the Platform. In all cases, the result recognized by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, BRI Liga 1 organizers, EPL) at the time of official confirmation will be used to settle bets. vcs777 reserves the right to void markets where the integrity of an event is in doubt.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vcs777 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, government action, or third-party system failures) may result in temporary unavailability. The Company will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. vcs777 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through the normal operation of games on the Platform. All gambling decisions are made voluntarily by the User.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
